About Humans

The world is a very big place. In photographing and profiling strangers of Monmouth County, I hope to make it just a bit smaller.

The inspiration for this blog came from Humans of New York, another blog in which a New York resident collects photos and quotes from people he sees on the streets. At the blog’s inception, profiles were also included. Although HONY has since gone away from these stories, they are the focus of Humans of Monmouth.

A junior in high school, I have a passion for people and storytelling. HOM features both. Join me as I reveal the lives that strangers lead, one human at a time.
